Well since my last post.... I've been to Uralsk, Kazakhstan.

This was a grueling hard trip. Just getting over there and back to the States was a total of 6 flight segments and 5 different airlines which included the following:

Continental
KLM
Air Astana
Transaero
Singapore Airlines

I just knew my luggage was going to get lost in the process but was pleasantly surprised that me and my luggage made it to the jobsite and back to the States in one piece, even if a little worse for wear. Seems when you travel a lot your luggage can sure take a beating. I bought a nice set of luggage and after 3 trips... one of the corners is already cracked. Another thing about luggage is when you pack a lot of equipment it can get rather pricey in the neighborhood of $600 bucks.

My next trip is going to be to Libya unless something pops up between now and then. I'll type some more on this when the mood hits me... :)
